Presently we have the following requirements

	Candidates should be proficient in Adobe Flash, Illustrator and Photoshop tools.   Designers will be working on creating our monthly store offer templates as well as conceptualizing and executing individual Flash creatives for our advertiser client requirements.   A minimum of 1 year work experience is required for the Junior Designer position and 3 yrs minimum work experience required for the Senior Designer position.   Candidates need to be able to deliver original ideas, work under tight deadlines and be team players. Candidates with a fine art background are preferred.
	We require a candidate who has mastered Sound Forge and Pro Tools audio software. The candidate must also be proficient with mixing, cleaning and editing audio.   He/She will also be required to oversee the recording of Voice Overs, cleaning, correcting, and layering background tracks and audio leveling of them.   Candidate must be able to co-ordinate with the in-house creative team of writers and designers to deliver the audio files on time and under tight deadlines. As well as work with freelance Voice Over artists and Independent Recording studios.   Minimum of 2yrs work experience is required.
	We require a smart and self driven individual with strong English written skills to fill the position of Copy Writer.   The job entails writing Copy and Voice Over scripts for our monthly store offers as well as ideating and writing copy for client communications on the network.   The candidate will need to be able to oversee the daily operations, updating and planning of content as well as work in tandem with the team of Flash Designers to execute the work.   A minimum of 2 yrs work experience and a degree in the English Language is required.
