Do you have audio in your screens?
Yes, within about 12 feet distance of the screen, one can hear the audio on our screens very clearly.
Where do you place your screens and do you have one at the cash counters?
We put 1 at the Fruits & Vegetables section and another at the Pulses and Oil segment (if it is a 1-2 screen store). When setting up installations in the larger stores, we look at the power aisle, liquor section, food court etc.
Who watches your screens? Who has the time?
We play store offers, contests and very short recipe, fashion and beauty segments which are not longer than 30 seconds. People have made it a habit to look at the screens for getting the offers details at a glance.
How do you measure viewership?
All our brand and non brand led research has clearly shown that we are at 50% plus viewership. These are exit interviews done with shoppers. The shoppers are able to identify with the store offers, advertisements, contests and our creative, original programs.
What is your rate for advertising per screen?
We do not sell advertising units per screen; we sell a unit that allows an advertiser 60 sec per hour x 12 hours/day x 30 days a month. We have National rates, by chain and by city.
Why don’t you have screens at malls, office buildings, and restaurants?
We have our screens only at places that attract maximum footfalls and which are growing at a rapid pace, how often does one go to a particular mall or multiplex? Whereas our viewers visit these grocery stores 3-4 times a month and hence the recall is higher medium is more effective.
